No ability control - no customer service : Dream On Me Toddler Day Bed with Storage Drawer, Cherry
Received this bed in February for my 20 month old daughter. She has used it for less than 2 months when one of the mattress supports bars broke. There was No jumping on the bed or other man on bed other than my 30 pound child. The manufacturer Only offers a 30 flaw warranty.. I guess I know why now.. The drawer is difficult to open/close and does not store very much.. Maybe an extra set of sheets or blankets. I called Dream On Me and although customer service was prompt- they still want me to pay for the shipping of the transfer bar- seems to me if you sell a defected item- you fix it. I would Not buy this bed again.
